The intervention has been fundamental to SEED's mission since its inception, with the aim of eradicating child labor and providing quality education and nutrition to children. In this context, SEED offers merit scholarships to the top 10 class students at the mandal and school levels, while also providing encouragement to economically disadvantaged students through individual and board donations. To date, board Directors of SEED granting scholarships to 120 students, leading to 65% of them continuing their education in fields such as IIT, computer engineering, and MBA, with some securing government employment positions. This initiative was initiated in the Suryapet district.


The organization's leadership possesses rich experience in eradicating child labor. Prior to the establishment of the organization, the president served as a bridge course teacher. Consequently, SEED NGO aims to address child rights issues across various platforms. In pursuit of this objective, SEED has conducted workshops at the mandal and district levels on the roles of children, duty bearers, and the media. This initiative aims to reduce dropout rates and incidences of child marriage in Vikarabad, with the support of the Alliance for Child Rights. As a result, all stakeholders have taken responsibility for reducing dropout rates and instances of child marriage at the mandal and district levels of Vikarabad district.
